Molefe Titus Moate also known as Life, is the principal and founder of lifelizabeth properties. Molefe was raised by his late grandmother Elizabeth, who was a small scale vegetable farmer and consistently equipped Molefe with skills such as how to package and distribute stock during his late year of primary schooling. It is such small tasks that sparked Molefe’s interest in business and entrepreneurship, and lead to him eventually starting his own business, selling sweets from grade 7 up to grade 12.
Molefe furthered his studies at The University of Johannesburg (UJ), where he studied BSC in Life and Environmental Sciences. He graduated in 2014 and got an internship to practice as an Environmental Engineer in one of the most well known SOE’s in South Africa. While gaining experience in the engineering filed, Molefe found interest in property brokerage. The Interest in property left nothing but a hunger to start a career as a real-estate broker. In 2015 he registered Lifelizabeth Properties and entered the market as a student accommodation property manager and gradually began offering services such as residential sales and letting.He went on to study his postgraduate diploma in property development (PGDip) at WITS university.
Today he is leading a team of professionals and sales associates, and growing the company exponentially, striving to reach greater heights and leave a business legacy Elizabeth would be proud of.
